Settling in Vancouver in 1994, Golnaz first began her journey as an interior designer. After a brief stint into childcare, she found her calling for real estate to be too strong to ignore. She rejoined the industry in 2018 and has never looked back! Now, years later, her background shines through in her charisma, diligence, and knack for helping clients find their perfect rental. If a listing lacks interest, Golnaz is first on the scene to brainstorm marketing solutions. Raised in the Netherlands and now proud to call the North Shore home, Nilly brings a well-rounded and grounded perspective to property management. After spending over ten years in Coal Harbour, she&rsquo;s gotten to know city life well. Now she enjoys a slower, more nature-filled vibe on the North Shore.<BR><BR>Nilly&rsquo;s journey into property management has been shaped by her strong sense of responsibility, her attention to detail, and her genuine care for the people and properties she serves. Najmeh Sajjadi has over 14 years of experience in property management, specializing in leasing, client relations, and renovation projects. Known for her hands-on approach and strong attention to detail, she has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of residential properties while maintaining long-term relationships with owners and tenants alike.

A true nomad originally from Kazakhstan and now a proud Canadian, Azat is a humble and easygoing young professional known for his attention to detail and commitment to finding efficient and effective ways to get things done.<BR><BR>He spent seven years in China, where he completed his high school and earned a degree in Civil Engineering. After working as an engineer in Kazakhstan, he transitioned to the insurance sector upon moving to Canada.<BR><BR>Azat made a purposeful career shift into property management to contribute to ethical practices and elevate industry standards.
